WINTER AIKIDO SEMINAR 2018 and MEDITATION CLASS

Join your fellow students at the Winter Seminar on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018. G. Pennewaert Shihan for this special one day seminar. Come join all the members as we practice, learn, and discover new aikido techniques.

Schedule:
Friday, Dec. 6 – CLOSED

Saturday, Dec 7th – 1PM – 4PM; Testing from 4:15PM

Seminar Fee:

1-day fee is $70 for Saturday

Don’t miss this valuable opportunity to increase your aikido knowledge! From beginners to advanced, all students are encouraged to attend the seminar.

MEDITATION CLASS

Saturday, Dec. 1 – 7AM – 8AM Meditation Fee:$20 if attending the seminar

$30 if not attending the seminar. Cash payment.

Attire:GI or GI/Hakama for Yudansha 

What to bring: Pillow or something comfortable to sit on. We look forward to seeing you all at meditation class and the seminar.
